When placing an order through The Crafty Caterpillar you can be confident that your personal information will not be given or sold to any third party persons.  Nor will any details pertaining to your order be given or known to anyone else.

Customer Support and Service

If you have any questions regarding any products or order made on The Crafty Caterpillar website please use the 'Contact Us' page or directly email myself at thecraftycaterpillar@bigpond.com.  I try to answer all emails within 24hours however over the weekend it may be a little longer response. 

Payments and Postage

Orders can be placed 24hours a day and orders will be shipped within 3days of payment clearing.  Payment can be made via Direct Bank Deposit (preferred), Money Order or Paypal.

I post via Australia Post and only Registered Post at a flat rate of $6.50.  If you require Express Post it is available for an extra cost please let me know prior to making payment. 

I will post internationally to New Zealand, U.S., Canada and U.K. Please wait for a confirmation about shipping rates before you make payment as the price will show Australian Domestic Postage only.

Please note that as I am a mum of three young children sometimes there be a delay in processing and/or posting of your order due to sickness or other family commitments.  I will always do my best to let you know if there is a problem.

Refunds/Exchanges

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it with 7 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.  Please email me before you send it back.  Items will be accepted for refund on an individual basis.  All items must be in clean, unused and unwashed condition.  Customer is responsible for return postage cost and original postage cost will not be refunded.
